The gas steam generators offered by us are industrial equipment of robust construction designed for demanding industrial plants. The compact design guarantees easy handling during transport and simple installation. These gas-fired steam generators fall into the category of fast steam generators, as it takes only a few minutes from the start-up of the generator to the steam output from the boiler!
The stainless steel design of STIGEN gas steam generators enables the application of steam for the most demanding technological processes such as food production, pharmaceutical production, direct steam sterilization and many other production processes where the quality and especially the purity of the steam are particularly demanding.
STEAM EXTRACTORS
ANFRA, ALBA, THERMINDUS and STIGEN steam generators are flow-through-hydronic steam generators with gas or fuel oil burner, equipped with Weishaupt or RIELLO burners (ALBA has its own burners). ANFRA, THERMINDUS, MAZZI ARTURO and JUMAG steam generators are boiler water level generators with gas or fuel oil burner, fitted with Weishaupt or RIELLO burners. THERMINDUS steam generators are even available with a simple two-stage atmospheric burner or with a burner for wood chips or pellets, so-called biomass. These burners are the result of many years of development and design by THERMINDUS.
Their development and design has taken place primarily as a result of market demands for the miniaturisation of such devices in the context of the need to reduce costs.
The gas steam generators supplied by us are primarily used for the production of saturated steam with different parameters of pressure, humidity and purity.
These gas-fired steam generators are suitable for both continuous operation and for quickly covering the need for process steam with recurring interruptions. The developers can work individually or in different configurations, in combination with a steam tray.
Equipping the gas generator set with a steam storage tank allows for additional advantages that were previously the main domain of the bulky steam boilers.
The system allows stable steam supply at minimum load, stabilizes pressure at uneven withdrawal.
This allows you to have a partial supply of steam for immediate surges.
