The gas steam generators offered by us are industrial equipment of robust construction designed for demanding industrial plants. The compact design guarantees easy handling during transport and simple installation. These gas-fired steam generators fall into the category of fast steam generators, as it takes only a few minutes from the start-up of the generator to the steam output from the boiler!

THERMINDUS steam generators are flow-through-hydraulic steam generators with gas or fuel oil burner, equipped with RIELLO burners. This series is called STEAM but they are even available with a simple two-stage atmospheric burner series marked as TS ATM or with a RIELLO burner series TS. Steam generators with water level for wood chips or pellets, so called biomass, are designated as TS BIO. These burners are the result of many years of development and design by THERMINDUS. Their development and design was primarily the result of market requirements for the miniaturization of such devices in connection with the need to reduce costs.

The gas steam generators supplied by us are primarily used for the production of saturated steam with different parameters of pressure, humidity and purity. These gas steam generators are suitable for continuous operation as well as for quickly meeting the need for process steam with recurring interruptions. The developers can operate individually or in various configurations, in combination with a steam storage tank. Equipping the gas generator set with a steam storage tank allows additional advantages to be obtained which have hitherto been the main domain of the bulky steam boilers. The system enables a stable supply of steam at minimum load, stabilising the pressure in the event of uneven extraction. It thus makes it possible to have a partial supply of steam for immediate surges.

TS ATM series

Therminds TS ATM series steam generators are water level boiler steam generators with gas burners fitted with atmospheric burners from THERMINDUS. Their development and design has taken place primarily as a result of market demands for the miniaturization of such equipment in the context of the need to reduce costs. The gas steam generators offered by us are industrial devices of robust construction designed for demanding industrial plants. The compact design guarantees easy handling during transport and simple installation.
