Of course, the compact design of the steam generator, which has a separate compact stainless steel platform together with a water storage tank and an electric control panel. ANFRA srl Firenze is the successful successor of Arturo Mazzi, which has continuously developed the idea of compact and time-tested fast steam generators with a capacity of 50-500 kg of steam per hour with a steam pressure of up to 6 bar (up to 350 kg of steam per hour) and up to 4.5 bar (400-500 kg of steam per hour), as well as horizontal fast steam generators with a capacity of 300-2000 kg of steam per hour with a steam pressure of up to 12 bar. The ANFRA AV series steam generators are water level boiler steam generators with gas or fuel oil burner, fitted with RIELLO burners.

These gas-fired steam generators are suitable for both continuous operation and for quickly covering the need for process steam with recurring interruptions.
The developers can work individually or in different configurations, in combination with a steam tray.
Equipping the gas generator set with a steam storage tank allows for additional advantages that were previously the main domain of the bulky steam boilers.
The system allows stable steam supply at minimum load, stabilizes pressure at uneven withdrawal.
This allows you to have a partial supply of steam for immediate surges.

The ANFRA steam generator version AV is a range with a capacity from 50 to 500 kg of steam per hour at steam pressures up to 6 bar (up to 350 kg of steam per hour) and up to 4.5 bar (400-500 kg of steam per hour). The water level steam generator has a significantly reduced footprint so that it can be placed virtually anywhere with respect to space, even in particularly small rooms. The steam generator is installed on a 700 x 1200 mm stainless steel plate platform and is equipped with the necessary accessories. Also mounted on the pallet are a stainless steel feed tank and a CALPEDA feed pump that can withstand the high temperatures of the returned condensate. SIEMENS control panel.

ANFRA steam generators series AS are horizontal steam generators with gas or fuel oil burner, equipped with RIELLO burners. The ANFRA steam generator version AS is a range with a capacity from 300 to 2000 kg of steam per hour at a steam pressure of up to 12 bar with an efficiency of up to 95% without the need for a recovery unit. The steam generator is horizontal. The steam generator is installed on a steel pallet and is equipped with the necessary accessories. The GRUNDFOS feed piston pump is also mounted on the pallet and can withstand high temperatures up to 105°C. The device is equipped with a SIEMENS touch control panel with SK/CZ menu.
