The compact design ensures easy handling during transport and simple installation. These gas steam generators are in the category of fast steam generators, as it only takes a few minutes from the start of the generator to the steam output from the boiler! The stainless steel design of STIGEN gas steam generators enables steam application for the most demanding technological processes such as food production, pharmaceutical production, direct steam sterilization and many other production processes where the quality and especially the purity of the steam are particularly demanding.
ANFRA, THERMINDUS and STIGEN steam generators are flow-through-hydronic steam generators with gas or fuel oil burner, equipped with burners from Weishaupt or RIELLO. ANFRA, THERMINDUS, MAZZI ARTURO and JUMAG steam generators are boiler water level generators with gas or fuel oil burner, equipped with Weishaupt or RIELLO burners. THERMINDUS steam generators are even available with a simple two-stage atmospheric burner or with a burner for wood chips or pellets, so-called biomass. These burners are the result of many years of development and design by THERMINDUS. Their development and design was primarily the result of market demands for the miniaturisation of such equipment in connection with the need to reduce costs.
The gas steam generators supplied by us are primarily used for the production of saturated steam with different parameters of pressure, humidity and purity. These gas steam generators are suitable for continuous operation as well as for quickly meeting the need for process steam with recurring interruptions. The developers can operate individually or in various configurations, in combination with a steam storage tank. Equipping a gas generator set with a steam storage tank allows for additional advantages that were previously the main domain of the bulky steam boilers.
The system allows stable steam supply at minimum load, stabilizes pressure at uneven withdrawal. This allows to have a partial steam supply for immediate sharp withdrawals. Our aim is not only to supply the equipment itself, but we try to treat each customer completely individually and propose a solution that meets their specific requirements.
